Football Betting - Final Day Premier League Matches

Below is an excerpt from our Friday Football tips article which you can read in full at our website www.pickabet.co.uk

Maybe the thought of a well earned rest after a long season has addled the brains of the bookmakers, but there does look to be some great value bets out there this weekend.

Middlesbrough have only two away wins on the board all season and having only managed one goals in their last four visits to Upton Park we think the chances of them getting the three points they need to have any chance of survival is extremely slim. We have to go for a home win here at cracking odds of 11/8 (Betfred).

Sunderland’s finishing has been awful recently and taking Chelsea to win to nil at 2/1 (William Hill) is a bet we’re recommending.

Chelsea look a banker bet and you should be getting on at the Evens (Betfred) that is available. Our correct score selection is a 2-0 win for Chelsea 9/1 (Sportingbet). Salomon Kalou is our selection to be first goalscorer at 9/1 (Paddypower).

Tottenham have decent record at Liverpool and they can take a share of the points in this one. We’re going for a draw 3/1 (Stan James) with a 1-1 scoreline 41/5 (Betfair).

Rangers haven’t won in their last four visits to Tannadice and with three of the last five meetings between the teams ending in draws this is by no means a gimme for Rangers. One bet we will be having here is the over 2.5 goals at 8/11 (Paddypower).

Rangers look a bit short to us at 2/5 (William Hill) and we’re tempted by the price of Dundee United to win at 6/1 (Paddypower) but we are going to select the draw 11/4 (Partybets). The 2-2 score 22/1 (Stan James) and the 3-3 score 80/1 (Sportingbet) are the two bets we’ll be having a small stake on.
