Champions League-Arsenal v Manchester United

Manchester United have a one goal lead going into tonight's game with Arsenal at the Emirates and this is going to be a game that could go all the way to the wire in our opinion.

You can make a case for both teams winning the match tonight just as you can for them both to lose.

The bookmakers and exchanges don't think there's a lot between them either. We've taken all our prices in this article from the Betdaq website and they don't think there's a lot to separate them either.
Arsenal are 2.95 to win while United are quoted at 2.74 with a draw priced at 3.3.

Having won the last four home games against Manchester United Arsenal could be seen as favourites to win this match. They are walking a bit of a tightrope however as they cannot afford to lose a goal or they would need to score three goals and only AC Milan has managed that feat in a Champions League match against United.

Arsenal's home form has been exceptional and they haven't tasted defeat at the Emirates for 17 matches. They have also only conceded once in their last six games and haven't lost a goal at home in the Champions league this season. They are now 27 games unbeaten at home in Europe and United will find this a lot tougher than the first leg.

With home form like that taking Arsenal looks a safe bet, but United have gone 11 away European matches without defeat and in their last four away games against Arsenal they have managed to score in three of the games and one goal would probably be enough to see them through tonight.

With all the clean sheets that Arsenal have been keeping we're going to go for the under 2.5 goals tonight at odds of 1.76. The under 2 goals at 2.43 is another bet we like the look of. Having a bet on any of those two selections will mean bucking the trend which has seen over 2.5 goals scored in seven of the last 10 games between the two clubs. We think that this game will be a lot more cagey than a normal match between the two sides and so we're going for a low scoring affair.

The Gunners have led at half time in seven of their last 10 home matches and they are 5.4 for the half time/full time result of Arsenal/Arsenal and we'd recommend getting on at that price.

It is going to be close but we think Arsenal are just going to shade it and we're predicting a 1-0 correct score 9.8. We're selecting Theo Walcott at 15 to get the winner and take the game into extra-time.
